Transportation is available only when it has been authorized by the agency, applicable insurance requirements are satisfied, the assigned caregiver is an approved driver, vehicle and driver requirements are met, and the service is available in the client's area. Transportation is never guaranteed. Where caregiver transportation is not available, appointment accompaniment can often still be provided when the client arranges their own ride.

Transportation Assistance may be available throughout Worcester County and select nearby communities. Final availability depends on the requested schedule, care needs, location and caregiver availability.
